It is our utmost priority to keep you, your families, our employees, and communities safe during this time. We are still operational and open 24/7 to meet the needs of our customers in order to treat and transport wastewater effectively and to service all your septic emergency needs.
Below lists a few of the procedures we are taking to ensure we do so:
- Our techs will wear proper personal protective equipment and follow recommended hygiene practices throughout the workday on jobsites.
- Our techs will not shake your hand and will remain a safe distance away from you if they need to discuss a matter while onsite.
- It is encouraged that you mention if you or someone you have been around recently or lives in your house are symptomatic of COVID-19 before our techs come to your jobsite so that we can ensure our techs are aware before going and take proper steps of precaution to complete work without cross-contamination.
